Born in a bengali family, the love for food began in my early childhood. Working at my desk or in my kitchen, my focus has always been on understanding the stories, and the socio, economic and cultural factors behind the choices made.
As we are living through this pandemic, it made me think how this change will influence the way we live, we eat or interact and how the phrase ‘going back to normal’ might change. Hence, it felt like the perfect moment to pen down the stories of how we humans have evolved and adapted under different circumstances.
